how do I book?

Please utilize our "book" tabs on service packages page for the desired package. This will direct you to our square booking page where you can select date and time. Your selection will be based on availability and is not guaranteed. Once we receive your request, we will confirm availability. Once your date is secured, we will proceed with contract e-signing via Docusign and collection of retainer fee. The fee is due within 48 hours of signing to hold your date. Voila! You’re booked!

When/how do I pay my balance?

You can use any of the accepted payment methods to pay your balance two weeks prior to your event date. Dependent on method, You will receive a payment request at this time to pay through.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Google pay, Venmo, PayPal, CASH APP, AND CREDIT CARDS FOR A 2.9% PROCESSING FEE PLUS 30 CENTS THROUGH SQUARE. So many options, right?!

How much space is needed for the setup?

We require a space of 10x10 feet max. Ceiling height must be at least 9 feet high to accommodate 8x8 backdrop. Power must be within 10 feet of setup. Space must have flat, level flooring. WiFi is also required when prints are included. Outdoor setups are considered given weather and setup space.

What events are you available for?

We do all events, private and corporate. Any event you can take a photo at, we can be there! So book us!

Are you licensed and insured?

You bet we are! We can also provide a copy of insurance to venues that require it.

What to expect day of event?

Your big day is here! We arrive about 90 minutes prior to event start time for setup. Venue location may require more or less time. We will start your booth at scheduled time and will run for contracted time. Enjoy your booth! :) takedown starts at end time and about 45 minutes will be required for removal.
